R&G Touring is published by R&G Ministries, a nonprofit organization based in California, USA. R&G Ministries is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at apps@rgministries.org.

The app is a tour companion for R&G Ministries' team: musicians, music directors, sound engineers and staff. Accounts are created by invitation from the ministry's office; the app has no public sign-up. The app is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We collect only what is needed to run tours and support the team:

• Account and contact: your name, email address and phone number. You sign in with your email, a password and a one-time code sent to your email.
• Profile: your profile photo, your instruments or role, and any dietary restrictions you tell us about.
• Tour logistics: the events you are assigned to, call times, venue addresses, flights, hotels and ground transport.
• Pay and expenses: the amounts you are paid, and photos of expense receipts you submit.
• Feedback: event reviews and ratings, and the kudos and shout-outs team members send each other.
• Notifications: a push notification token, your notification preferences and, only if you turn it on, the link to your Telegram account.

The app asks for access to your camera or photo library only when you attach an expense receipt. It uploads only the image you choose. It does not scan or upload anything else from your photos.

• Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlock is handled entirely by your phone. We never receive or store biometric data.
• Your sign-in session is kept in your device's secure storage.
• Your language and theme choices are saved on your device.

• We don't collect your location.
• We don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't use third-party analytics in the app.
• We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

We use your information to run tours: to tell you where to be and when, arrange travel and lodging, pay you and reimburse expenses, send you updates, and help the team give each other feedback. We also use it to keep your account secure and to answer your support requests.

We share information only with the providers that run the app for us, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts our servers and stores app data.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service and Google's push services, which deliver notifications to your phone.
• Telegram, only if you choose to link your Telegram account to receive notifications there.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep your information while you are an active member of the team. When your account is closed or you ask us to delete it, we delete your information within 30 days, except for pay and expense records, which we keep for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to apps@rgministries.org. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings, and stop using Telegram notifications whenever you like. To delete your account and its data, see how to delete your account.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
