Delete Your Account

• Email apps@rgministries.org from the email address on your account. The subject line “Delete my R&G Touring account” is enough.
• We'll reply to confirm the request came from you.
• Once confirmed, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your profile: photo, phone number, instruments or role, and dietary restrictions.
• Your notification token, notification preferences and Telegram link.
• Your tour assignments and travel details.
• Your event reviews, ratings, kudos and shout-outs.

We keep records of payments made to you and of expenses we reimbursed, including receipts, for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. We then delete them. We don't use them for anything else.

Deleting your account doesn't remove the app from your phone. Uninstalling the app clears your saved session and settings from the device.
